Red cotton galloon with decorative weaving, partially damaged, with a red flat woolen tassel consisting of a pear-shaped cardboard core. With red woolen weaving, topped with yellow metal cord. On the underside three rows of yellow metal cords with hanging red fringe. Underside of tassel with red yarn-wrapped cardboard core.
