About this work

Citadel medal with blue ribbon. The ribbon is of blue textile. The medal is round and bronze-colored with a raised rim. In the center, the citadel of Antwerp is engraved. On the reverse, a crowned W with the inscription DECEMBER 1832 beneath it, surrounded by a laurel wreath. The medal is attached to a suspension eye, which in turn is attached to a ring.
