About this work
Curved foot. The stem consists of a faceted, solid knop. Bell-shaped bowl with a faceted, rounded base. The bowl is decorated on the underside with plant motifs and has an intaglio depiction of a living room with a lying-in bed, in which the lying-in woman lies, around the middle. Inscription: 'HET WEL VAAREN VAN DE KRAAM VROUW EN KINTIE' - around.
