Skin, printed and inscribed on one side, oath of office of Hendrik Takke, Banner-bearer, husband of Maria Matthijsz. Signed; r.o.: Slingelandt. Dated; r.o.: 8 May 1805. Marked; l.b.: pasted relief stamp: 'Clein Segel 1805' with the coat of arms of Holland. Inscription; r.b.: 'this must be recorded at the secretariat'.
