Silver octagonal medal. Obverse: seated woman suckling a child sitting on her lap; next to her, a child holding a basket of fruit [?] above his head; behind them, a winged man with an hourglass on his head and a scythe in his hand within an inscription and a wreath of fruit and leaves. Reverse: two clasped hands from the clouds holding together a flower, palm and olive branch under a crown within a border of fruit and leaves.
