About this work

Right thigh piece, iron, bright, articulated, consisting of an upper section to which three iron buckles are riveted. The edges of the buckles are fluted. Below the upper section, six horizontal articulated strips, the lowest of which passes over the uppermost strip. The lower section is wider than the other strips. The rivets are bright. The edges are flanged and fluted. The interior of the thigh piece is brownish with a white painted letter A at the bottom. On the side, the remnant of a leather strap is visible. The rivets are secured with square bolts.
