About this work
Iron gorget, bright, made of four parts. The front is round but widens towards the sides; a double row of bright rivets with a bossed edge runs across the entire width of the front, the lower edge is fluted. The back is more rectangular but rounds out towards the sides, the lower edge is flanged. The neck opening is round with a fluted flanged edge. The interior is painted black.
