Oval stamp with wooden handle and flattened head. The stamp depicts the Dutch Maiden standing in profile to the right (on the seals thus to the left), holding the staff with liberty cap in her right hand, her left hand resting on the axe. Legend: REGIE DE L' ENREGISTREMENT ET DES DOMAINES. O.: REPUBLIQUE FRANCAISE No. 2.
