Staff of a banner of black lacquered wood, with a gilded bronze wreath of oak leaves, and on top a recumbent lion with a bundle of arrows and sword on a block of the same, on the long sides the text: KING AND FATHERLAND, surrounded by a snake, and on the short sides a crowned W.
