About this work
Bronze medal. Obverse: portrait of a man on horseback before a besieged fortress within an inscription. Reverse: Netherlands in the guise of an old woman with a bundle of snakes in her hand and a lion lying next to her is trampled by the French king with a flaming sword in his hand while a woman with a chalice and a halo looks on within an inscription.
