About this work

Silver medal. Obverse: William III in Roman costume tramples the coat of arms of France and holds that of England aloft, with the landing of his army in the background within an inscription; reverse: inscription. Reverse: a lion with a sword defends a world globe crowned with a liberty cap and an orange wreath against a lily sun; in the background, a fleet at sea within an inscription; reverse: inscription.
