Silver medal. Obverse: Gallia, in the guise of a mourning woman sitting on a throne next to a felled tree from which a French coat of arms hangs, with a lily fallen from it, within a legend, above an inscription. Reverse: view of Lille within a legend, above an inscription; rim inscription.
