Silver medal. Obverse: bust of a man with a laurel wreath within an inscription. Reverse: a man in a toga with a veil over his head and a cross with an olive branch in his hand before a four-horse chariot, led by a woman with a sword and shield in her hand and a helmeted woman with a standard; Victory standing on the chariot holds a laurel wreath above the head of the man in the toga and a Mercury staff in the other hand within an inscription; section: inscription.
