About this work

Silver medal. Obverse: Dutch maiden with liberty cap on a spear leans with arm on a bible standing on an altar within an inscription (stamp of two guilder coins); below the image: bird between two stars (mark of the mint of Harderwijk). Reverse: inscription below the crowned coat of arms of Gelderland, flanked by two crowned lions.
