Silver medal. Obverse: man in armor with a bundle of arrows in his hand, protecting two women, a man holding a hat in his hand, and a child within a German inscription; truncation: year. Reverse: the Netherlands, depicted as a woman leaning on a shield and holding a spear with a liberty cap on it, with a landscape by the sea in the background, above her head an inverted cornucopia within a German inscription; truncation: inscription.
