Silver medal. Obverse: bust of a man with a laurel wreath within a legend. Reverse: Germany, in the guise of a crowned woman, stands weeping by an empty seat and looks at an eagle that points heavenward, next to her an altar on which crown and scepters lie within a legend; incuse: inscription.
