About this work

Silver medal. Obverse: bust of a woman with a crown within an inscription. Reverse: two helmeted warriors, representing Frederick II of Prussia and Charles of Lorraine, in Roman armor, with between them the chained Bellona with a torch and sword, welcoming Peace, depicted as a woman sitting on clouds, with two coats of arms, resting on a cornucopia, a caduceus and a peace branch; on the ground lie a shield, sword and spear, in the background a view of the city of Breslau and a plowing farmer within an inscription; section: inscription.
