Silver medal. Obverse: the Netherlands, in the guise of a helmeted woman with a liberty cap on a spear and her left hand on a coat of arms within the legend. Reverse: two flags and a banner, cross-tied, standing on three water jugs lying side by side within the legend; incuse: date.
