About this work

Silver medal. Obverse: double-headed eagle under a crown pulls apart a rope with four loops, which at the top ends in two human heads; in the four loops: city views within an inscription and decorative border. Reverse: coat of arms under an inscription within a two-line inscription and decorative border.
