Silver medal. Obverse: bust of a man with laurel wreath and a woman with diadem within an inscription. Reverse: soldier in Roman armor, leaning on a spear, and a crowned woman with a shield, whose chains are broken, standing next to a seated river god Elbe, with rudder and water jug within an inscription; cut: inscription.
