Silver medal. Obverse: Oudaen deaconry house illuminated by heavenly light within legend; truncation: inscription. Reverse: oak wreath, from which three coats of arms hang, of which the outer two for fasces with axe above pennant with inscription and coat of arms between two crossed palm branches; below divided by line into two inscription within pennant with names of ten regents.
