Silver medal. Obverse: new deacon's house illuminated by a radiant all-seeing eye within inscription; rim: inscription. Reverse: Gratitude, depicted as a veiled woman, kneels before a burning altar with a smoking censer in her hand; beside her a stork; on the other side of the altar a dog, a burning oil lamp and a mirror around which a snake coils; on a cloud Religion descends from heaven, depicted as a woman with a cross, a flaming heart on her head, an anchor and an inverted cornucopia; in the background a Lutheran church and the IJ; rim: signature.
