Silver medal. Obverse: bust of a man within an inscription. Reverse: under a radiant starry wreath: a tomb, upon which lies a coffin adorned with a cypress branch; on the base of the tomb an image of a naval battle; against the monument stand a coat of arms, an anchor, a cannon and a flag; to the right Mercury with a staff in his hand and a bowed head; in the background a ship on a calm sea within an inscription; edge: inscription.
