Silver medal. Obverse: Liberty with oak wreath and liberty cap on a spear, standing on a pedestal, trampled by chains and a torch, illuminated by heavenly light; in the background, exercising citizen corps, tent, muskets, drum, etc., within an inscription; lower edge: signature. Reverse: wreath of bound oak and myrtle branches above a bundle of arrows within an inscription; within the wreath a blank field.
