About this work
Copper medal. Obverse: a pile of burning military equipment lying at the foot of a drum, into which a sword is stuck, upon which sits a dove with an olive branch in its beak; in the background a vat on the shore and ships at sea within an inscription. Reverse: a trumpet, from which a banner with an inscription hangs within a three-line inscription.
