Silver medal. Obverse: bust of a man within an inscription. Reverse: helmeted warrior standing amidst weaponry, resting on his sword within an inscription; interior: small round plaque with inscription in each of the two lid halves; contents: four numbered, round plaques bearing on each side an image of battles and field engagements; four numbered, round plaques bearing on each side an inscription.
