Reverse: Neptune with a trident rides in a sea chariot drawn by two horses through the opened locks of the North Holland Canal; on the left sits a river god with a water jug and oar among reeds, on the right a crowned woman with a coat of arms, representing the city of Amsterdam within an inscription; lower edge: inscription.
