Silver medal. Obverse: bust of a man within a legend. Reverse: Neptune, leaning on a trident, stands with his foot on the prow of an antique ship and points forward with his outstretched right arm; at his feet sits Ceres with a cornucopia full of abundance and ears of corn; to the left, an open lock within a legend; truncation: inscription.
