Bronze medal council medal. Obverse: bust of a woman and man above two dolphins within an inscription; right: trident. Reverse: crowned woman, standing on a podium before a throne, holding laurel leaves in each of her outstretched hands; in front of her Mercury and Industria shake hands; left: bales, vat, anchor and stern of a ship; right: industrial objects; behind the throne: eight flags within an inscription; cut: year and signature; rim inscription.
