Bronze medal. Obverse: busts of three men within an inscription. Reverse: sitting angel, who rests her right arm on a crowned coat of arms, extends her left hand to accept a basket with flowers from a woman kneeling before her, representing the Haarlemmermeer, who holds an inverted horn of plenty in her left hand; behind her a willow, against which a coat of arms rests, a plough, and mourning Neptune with a broken water jug within an inscription; section: legend.
