Bronze medal. Obverse: a veiled woman, representing Experience, holds a magnet in her right hand, from which an anchor hangs, and in her left hand a staff with a ribbon bearing an inscription wrapped around it; left: a crucible on a tripod, decorated with a coat of arms; right: a weighing device, decorated with a coat of arms within a border; truncation: signature. Reverse: inscription within a serpent border and a frame.
