Silver medal. Obverse: bust of a man under an imperial crown, within an oak wreath and legend. Reverse: woman with palm branch and laurel wreath in hand, representing Germania, sitting under a tree between Mercury's staff, wheel, globe and banners; at her feet, a roll of paper with inscription within legend.
