Silver medal. Obverse: illuminated by sunlight, Liberty with a cap on a spear in the left hand and an oak wreath in the outstretched right hand stands on a pedestal, trampling a yoke, chains and torch; left: burning citizen corps, right: marching citizen corps; in the foreground: drum, tent, muskets within legend; lower edge: signature. Reverse: blank field within an oak and myrtle wreath tied together, connected by a bundle of arrows within legend.
