Obverse: Saint Martin, facing left, wearing a plumed hat, on horseback, cutting his cloak with a sword to give a portion to a man standing beside him holding a staff, within a beaded border; impressed on the horse's body: number 5. Reverse: letters S and M below the date within a beaded border.
