About this work

Lead medal. Obverse: a poorly dressed woman sitting on a stone with outstretched hands; a dove on her head, a yoke on her shoulders and a lamb beside her within an inscription; edge: blank; in the field to the left: stamped letter B. Reverse: two loaves of bread, the upper one bearing the letters DIA, lying on a table covered with an ornate cloth within an inscription; edge: date; specimen with a copper pin.
