Single-sided, rectangular, pre-printed piece of paper in red ink. Front: inscription: "No. ... Monnoye de Siege. Trois Livres a echanger contre du numeraire. 3 Livres." With black ink added the number: 47594; bottom left stamp with inscription: "Siege de Mayence. Mai 1793. 2de de la Rep. Franc."; bottom right three signatures. Back: blank.
