Silver medal. Obverse: view of city from the south side under banner with inscription; in the foreground: St. Antonieschans and the road; below: crossed trumpet and caduceus within inscription; truncation: inscription. Reverse: crossed palm and laurel branches, pierced by a serpent between the year above inscription between two crowned shields, above a crowned shield, flanked by two wild men with clubs over shoulder between letters S and C.
