Silver medal. Obverse: view of the city from the south side under a banner with inscription; in the foreground: St. Anthony's Schans and the road; below crossed trumpet and Mercury's staff within inscription; lower section: inscription. Reverse: crossed palm and laurel branches, pierced by a snake between the year above the inscription between two crowned shields, above a crowned shield, flanked by two wild men with clubs over their shoulders between letters S and C.
