Obverse: view of a city on water with five ships sailing; above: crowned eagle with scepter and orb, illuminated by sunlight within border inscription; lower section: inscription interrupted by a crowned coat of arms on two crossed palm branches. Reverse: inscription under a wreath containing two letters C, above two clasped hands holding a crown resting on a scepter, over which hangs a leaf garland.
