Silver medal. Obverse: view of the city from the south, illuminated by a radiant sun; in the foreground: St. Antonieschans, the road and a small boat; right: seated Minerva with a spear in her right hand and her left arm resting on a shield, and an owl with spread wings; truncation: monogram of the letters S, P, Q and S in a cartouche decorated with twigs. Reverse: Peace with a palm branch and a caduceus in her hands, standing between two columns; left: bound Mars, seated before a pile of weapons; right: two children, representing Justice with a sword and scales and Religion with an open book, seated next to a smoking pot; between them: a cornucopia filled within an inscription; truncation: year above a decorative motif.
