About this work
Silver medal. Obverse: view of the city from the south side, illuminated by a radiant sun; in the foreground: St. Antonieschans, the road, and a small boat; on the right: seated Minerva with a spear in her right hand and her left arm resting on a coat of arms, and an owl with spread wings; section: monogram of the letters S, P, Q, and S in a cartouche decorated with twigs under a winged angel's head. Reverse: town hall between the monogram of the letters S and C above the year and a decorative motif within an inscription.
