Silver medal. Obverse: view of the city, dunes, Scheveningen, and the North Sea with ships; cut: inscription above a crowned coat of arms in a cartouche. Reverse: woman with a plumed helmet and a ship's rudder in her left hand, holding the hand of Justice standing beside her, who holds scales in her slightly raised left hand, within an inscription; cut: monogram of letters S and C.
