Bronze medal. Obverse: seated between columns on a throne, which is decorated with a crowned coat of arms, holding a crowned woman in ancient dress a long scepter in her left hand and in her right hand a basin with which she performs a libation on an altar, whose pedestal bears an inscription; on the frame: inscription. Reverse: blank field within a laurel wreath.
