Brass medal. Obverse: Aesculapius leaning with his right hand on a staff with a snake and with his left hand under his mantle, standing between two vases with plants on a pedestal; in the background, a wall of a building within a legend. Reverse: crowned coat of arms between two full cornucopias above an ointment spatula, around which a snake coils, lying on a pedestal with an inscription within a legend.
