Brass medal. Obverse: Aesculapius with right hand leaning on staff of snake and left hand under his mantle, standing between two vases with plants on pedestal; in background wall of building within inscription. Reverse: crowned coat of arms between two filled horns of plenty above ointment spatula, around which snake coils, lying on pedestal with inscription within inscription.
