Publication (no. 135) of the resolution on the form of the National flag and the National flag for the navy of the Batavian Republic, 14 February 1796. With a description of the addition to the upper left corner of the Navy flag of an allegorical emblem in which the Dutch Maiden and the Dutch Lion jointly hold a spear with the liberty cap. Double-folded sheet printed on all four sides.
