Manuscript showing that the publishers of the print "Kinders wie heeft dit oyt verzonnen / Dat ratten den kryg met de katten begonnen" by S. & W. Koene were summoned in February 1797 before the Committee for Vigilance on charges of having published a caricature against the patriots. Recto and verso written on.
