About this work

The group portrait was taken at Lensahn in Hofstein on November 4, 1900. Standing from left to right: Duke-Regent Johann Albrecht, Queen Wilhelmina of the Netherlands, Duke Henry of Mecklenburg, Grand Duke Frederick August of Oldenburg, Duke Paul Frederick of Mecklenburg, Duchess Sophie Charlotte of Oldenburg, Duke Adolf Frederick of Mecklenburg. Seated: Queen Emma, Grand Duchess Marie of Mecklenburg, Hereditary Grand Duke Nicholas of Oldenburg, Grand Duchess Elisabeth of Oldenburg and Grand Duke Frederick Francis IV of Mecklenburg. These prints form part of an album.
