About this work
Group of 74 photographs and photomechanical prints of Greece collected by photographer Richard Polak. The majority of these photographs and photomechanical prints were exhibited together with other photographs collected during his travels at the Rotterdamsche Kunstkring (1895), Arti en Amicitiae in Amsterdam (1897-1898?), and Societeit 't Collegie in Kampen (date still unknown). Two photographs (RP-P-1997-31-62 and RP-P-1997-31-63), taken by Polak's travel companion Mr. L. de Bruyn on a later trip, were later added to the collection.
