About this work
The summer palace of the rajahs of Karangasem called Taman Ujung, located on a large pond connected to land by a bridge. The rajahs, including Rajah Karangasem Gusti Bagus, mainly lived in Puri Agung Karangasem in present-day Amlapura. Taman Ujung was more of a 'pleasure garden' or summer palace.
